A method of preparing:
Before you start preparing a meal, wash your hands thoroughly and make sure the utensils you will use are clean.
- Boil water and measure 150 ml, pour into a bowl and cool to approximately 40°C.
- Add 50 g (approx. 5 tablespoons) of porridge. Use a clean and dry spoon.
- Mix until a uniform consistency is obtained.
- Feed your baby using a clean spoon.
