Directions

Take 30 drops (1.5ml) twice daily, 30 minutes before a meal. Dilute in water before use. Maximum daily serving: 3ml (60 drops).

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not intended for children.
