Preparation method:
Add water. Before you start preparing a meal, wash your hands thoroughly and make sure that the dishes you will use are clean.
- Boil water and measure 150 ml, pour into a bowl and cool to approx. 40 °C.
- Add 50 g (6-7 tablespoons) of porridge. Use a clean and dry spoon.
- Mix until a uniform consistency is achieved.
Feed your child using a clean spoon. Follow the instructions for proper preparation. The package contains approx. 4 servings. The portion size should be adapted to the child's age. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for the child's health.
The child can receive 1 or, after consulting a doctor, 2 meals of porridge per day, depending on age, as a supplement to other food. Give the product to the child in a sitting position, under the supervision of an adult. Incorrect preparation and storage may harm your child.
