How to use:
Serve hot in a cup pour boiling water over a teaspoon of the herb (approx. 250 ml) and steep, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir after brewing. You can sweeten it with your favorite honey.
Cold, a serving per liter of herbal lemonade pour boiling water (250 ml) over a heaped spoon of the herb and steep, covered, for 15 minutes. When the essence cools down, strain the herbs, add a spoonful of honey and top up with cold water (750ml). The infusion tastes best well chilled, you can add ice cubes.
