A few words about lactose...

Lactose is milk sugar composed of glucose and galactose molecules. Lactose occurs naturally in cow's milk and contains from 4.6 to 4.9 g in every 100g. Milk sugar is also found in many other products, including: ice cream, kefir, buttermilk, white cheese, cream and natural yogurt. Lactose is essential during infancy. The enzyme responsible for its digestion is lactase, the activity of which disappears in subsequent stages of human development, thus leading to lactose intolerance and emerging problems with the digestive system.

How to use:
