How to use:
- apply directly to the skin
- massage that improves blood circulation and skin condition
- hair care - rubbing oil in small amounts into damp hair before drying/oil compresses before washing your hair,
- Bath - add 10 ml of oil (approx. 20 dosing pumps) to a bathtub filled with 1/3 of warm water. Bath time 15/20 minutes
- the addition of handmade nail balms
- an addition to creams and balms intended for moisturizing the body and cracked skin of the heels
- apply directly or in a water bath to cracked heel skin
