How to use:

Wash and dry your feet. Carefully remove the product from the packaging and place the soaked pad on your heel. Unfold the protective cover and wrap it around the heel with the soaked pad. Secure the material with a mounting sticker. Leave on the heels for 90 to 120 minutes, depending on the condition of the heels. Remove the heels and wash off the remaining liquid with warm water. The skin on the heels begins to peel 5 to 14 days after use.
